Recurring Payment Terms

By subscribing, you authorize Eloresto to automatically charge your payment method according to the billing frequency chosen at checkout, until you cancel.

All Eloresto subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis unless canceled before the renewal date.

By subscribing, you agree that:

• You may be billed in one single charge or in several instalments, without additional cost for you
• Billing frequency is chosen at checkout
• Payment processing may occur immediately or with minor delays depending on the payment gateway

Subscription price billed in one or more equal instalments at no extra cost, based on your checkout selection.

The merchant reserves the right to offer promotional pricing on any product or subscription available on its website at its sole discretion. Promotional prices are temporary, apply only for the duration and conditions explicitly stated at the time of purchase, and automatically revert to the standard regular price thereafter. Such promotions do not constitute a permanent modification of the standard pricing listed in these Terms.

You must ensure that your payment method remains valid.

If a payment fails:

• Eloresto may attempt multiple retries
• Access to the service may be temporarily suspended
• You remain responsible for all due amounts

You may stop recurring billing at any time by canceling your subscription via:

• The chat
• The “Manage my subscription” page
• The contact form
• Email support

Cancellation must occur before the next billing date to avoid renewal. The $3 per-booking fee is a one-time charge and does not require cancellation.

If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 14 days.

We will investigate and issue a refund when appropriate.

Eloresto may update subscription fees with prior notice.

Continued use of the service after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
